Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be made immediately after the issue occurs. You can initiate a refund either through the machine’s refund request feature or by contacting our customer service team.
Important: If a refund is requested, do not remove the cup from the vending machine. Doing so will void your refund claim.
Refund Process Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of the request.
Refunds will not be issued for any other reasons, including dissatisfaction with the taste, temperature, or size of the coffee.
